Annie McFadgen

Annie loves to craft the messages you need to reach new audiences and nurture your valuable client relationships. Her communication abilities cover drafting and editing documents and persuasive writing.
Annie has built a comprehensive skillset from 20+ years in executive assistant and administrative roles, particularly in the health and education sectors. She brings strong skills in the Google and Microsoft Workspace applications, Canva and project management environments like Notion and Trello. Annie is a 'people person', bringing a combination of empathy and efficiency to every workplace.
Currently completing Bachelor of Professional Communication, Annie has a strong interest in media, stakeholder management and strategic communication.
Outside of work, you'll find Annie at a pilates class or walking while listening to a podcast.

Jodi Baillie

Jodi is your mission collaborator.

Jodi has an extensive skillset based on 16 years in diverse office management, executive assistance and bookkeeping roles. She has strong experience with Boardable and BoardPro, Xero, and project management apps like Monday that keep everything running smoothly.
Jodi has added tikanga Māori and basic conversational te reo Māori to her knowledge base, after completing immersive Level 4 with Te Wananga o Aotearoa. She is currently studying a second Level 4 Te Reo Māori course with Te Wananga o Raukawa. She undertook this study to better understand her own whakapapa and tipuna Māori.

Throughout her 10-year career as a graphic designer, Judy has always had a passion for visually pleasing design.
But in Judy's view, design is not just about aesthetics. She is interested in balancing beauty and purpose. She engages deeply with the meaning and the messaging our clients want to convey visually.
Judy is highly skilled in Adobe, Canva, Rocketspark and Squarespace.
When she's not designing, you'll find her sketching or strumming a ukelele, always with a good coffee at her elbow.
