What is a Virtual Assistant?

A virtual assistant is an independent contractor who provides administrative services to clients while operating outside of the client's office. A virtual assistant typically operates from a home office but can access the necessary planning documents, such as shared calendars, remotely. People employed as virtual assistants usually have several years of secretarial or office management experience.

How do I know that my data is safe?

Omnitude uses a variety of apps to ensure any data you share with us is safe from hackers.
Passwords are stored in a password vault called Lastpass. Any folders or paperwork are kept under password control or a locked cabinet.
We use Onedrive, Google and Dropbox to share documents.

Are we able to meet in person?

We encourage zoom meetings rather than in person as this is far more time and cost effective.

If your VA is based in your area, we charge an onsite fee of $100+gst per hour

Do I have the option to do my own books when I want to?

One of our favourite things, is when a business owner has real interest in their accounts and want to have the ability to do their own day to day reconciling / payables and invoicing.. We provide training, and are happy to jump in when you have better things to do!
